I am THRILLED to see an end to Bush policies and PRAY that this is the start of a new era here in the States. I lived through history last night and I am really proud of America for electing the first black president in our history. What thrills me even more is that the man is intellectual about his business, no more cowboy diplomacy.
The war waged against reason and intellectual discourse in the country over the past 8 years has been particularly painful for me. I hope this is the start of great things. We still have a lot of work to do and Obama will have a horrific job of cleaning up Bush's mess, but I think we can get this done!
